Problems Problems

So I am working on my project and the first one is almost done but when I saved it, it came out "pixel-ly" and very dark with a green tint. I am not sure if I am saving it wrong or what is happening...I tried both flattened and unflattened. I saved it as a Jpeg? Not sure what is going on but here is the picture. As you can see the colors are so saturated.  The photo on the right is the correct, and the one on the left is the issue...suggestions?
